ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Roadmap To Success for Real Estate Agents platform at realestate.reinaldogonzalez.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform in any way.
WHO WE ARE
The Platform is owned and operated by Reinaldo Gonzalez PA, a Florida-based real estate education company. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Reinaldo Gonzalez PA.
ELIGIBILITY
The Platform is intended for adults who hold or are pursuing a real estate license in the United States. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
ACCOUNTS
To enroll in a course, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account or login credentials with any other person. Each account is for a single individual user only.
COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS
Upon purchase of a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Unless otherwise stated, your access period is one year from the date of enrollment.
This license does not include the right to download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any course content with others. All course materials remain the intellectual property of Reinaldo Gonzalez PA.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All purchases are processed in United States dollars through a secure payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a course, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our review criteria.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
When using the Platform, you agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any course content without written permission; attempt to access areas of the Platform you are not authorized to access; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others; attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform or its content; or use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these prohibitions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform, including course videos, written materials, audio recordings, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Reinaldo Gonzalez PA and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The name Roadmap To Success for Real Estate Agents, the course titles, and all associated branding are proprietary to Reinaldo Gonzalez PA. You may not use them without prior written permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform and its content are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The course content is provided for educational purposes only. Completion of any course does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income level, or career advancement. Real estate is a regulated profession, and individual results depend on many factors outside our control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reinaldo Gonzalez PA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The Platform uses third-party services, including Thinkific for course hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
