No. These are professional development courses, not CE courses approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission. They are designed to develop the practical business skills that CE courses do not cover. For CE hours, you will need a FREC-approved provider.
These courses are for licensed real estate agents at any stage of their career. New agents will find the Foundation and Prospecting courses especially valuable for building the right habits early. Experienced agents can go directly to the course that targets the specific area of their business they want to improve.
Each course is between two and four hours of video content, not including assignments and bonus material. Because the courses are self-paced, most agents complete them over one to two weeks while working full time. You have one year of access from the date of enrollment.
